I've noted when I send an email Outlook stores *internally* the receiver
email address: why?

How can I remove it? I can't find it in my email book?

Did you read this page? That's the tool. There is no way to do so natively.

What does importing the WAB have to do with this?
You import your WAB by importing your Contacts from Outlook Express.

I mean: is there a tool (program) to access the file to see all the
settings/data inside e and to change them?

Yes, and Russ already gave you the URL to that tool's web site:

I bought this software and when I reinstalled my machine months later some
configuration must have changed and I lost the authorization key. I asked for
another one and Ingressor refused to send a new one. It's no deal. You are
accused of being dishonest no matter what. There's no dialog with Ingressor
support (Randy McNees). I have all the e-mail exchanges if anyone cares to
look. And don't think that might not happen to you. You are dishonest above
all...

If all the addresses are Internet addresses, try this free tool:
