MAPI and signatures
I've been looking for info on this but found none.
Outlook (2003) is set up to use a signature for NEW and REPLY messages and that works fine. But, we have an application that uses MAPI to send data to Outlook to send a new message. While it does this OK, Outlook does not include a signature on this type of message. Is there a way to make Outlook add a signature to a new message created via MAPI???? Thanks |
MAPI and signatures
You're referring to Simple MAPI, which bypasses Outlook's functionality to provide a simplified mail message.
In short, no. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Mac Guy" wrote in message news:2006101219014016807-gene@pctopguncom...
