My suggestion is the following:

1) Shut down Outlook
2) Do a search for outlook.pst (it will be in the Application Data folder)
3) Move the file into the My Documents folder
4) Re-start Outlook, it will complain about the PST file being missing, then
point Outlook at the new file location

By having the outlook.pst file in the My Documents folder, it can be backed
up when you're running your regular backups of that folder...

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX\AddIns\outbak.dll

"XX" will probably be "10"
