Set up separate contacts for each one. You could cross reference each of
them like "John Smith & Jane Doe" on one and "Jane Doe & John Smith" on the other. -- Lenny V "sharonmc" wrote: I am a realtor. I currently use palm for my contacts. Do yourself a favor, put them in separately under their individual names. Many a times i've had to look through my list trying to remember who xxxxx was married to and what her new last name is. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Unrestricted-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |

One other trick is to put an entry for Mary Smith under her maiden name with a note to look unde her married name. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Unrestricted-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |

And then use a category that is their family name so they'll collect together when viewing contacts by bategory. You can also link the two contacts together with the Contacts field at the bottom left of the contact form. -- Brian Tillman |
