How do I setup a customized welcome message for a new profile?

I'm trying to setup a means to include a customized welcome message to a new
user profile when created using the ORK tools or any 3rd party tool.

How do I setup a customized welcome message for a new profile?

From the following link I find that the welcome message can not be
customized. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...403041033.aspx

I was hoping I could add a message to the profile when it was created. Any
ideas??

When we did it, we just sent a predefined message to the mailbox and part of
the process of creating the mailbox. I think this was in a batch job.
