Default How to stop outlook from removing auto signature

Question:

is there a work around to stop Outlook from removing the auto signature when
replying to a message that is sent in plain text. We get the message
signature not found, outlook will let you respond to the message, but when
you go to tools and mail format to see if the signature is still listed it
isn't. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks
