There is no send button for sending files and webpages

There is no send button to send webpages, files, etc. How can I install one
so that I can send these?

Where would you expect this button to be? Normally the send command (not
button) for web pages is on a menu in your browser and for files it's on a
right-click context menu.

Hi vince, when I try to use the Send command; nothing happens
