Sharing emails
A shop that I'm trying to help out has four staff and five PCs (one for each person in the office
area, and one that is shared at the counter in the shop itself) and each gets the same emails for a single email address. The problem is that it's difficult for one person to know if someone has already replied to an email. It would also be nice to have a combined "Sent items" folder across all PCs. Is that a way to "network" the .PST file? I guess that Exchange might be the answer, but it's too expensive for them. |
