Can't see BCM after re installation

After I install, when I go to my program menu, I only have two icons.
One called "business contact manager help" and another called "view the
tours."

I do not have a business contact manager executable, nor do I get the
little SQL agent desktop icon.

I've had this problem on other systems as well.

Is there something about my system that might be creating an
incompatiblity with BCM? It runs the install for like 20 minutes, but
once it is complete there is no evidence that BCM is actually on the
system.

BCM is an Outlook add-in, and not an executable program, so it doesn't
show up in the Start menu.

It should show up when you start in Outlook unless (1) you told that
mail profile earlier you didn't want to use BCM (you can test this by
creating a new mail profile), or (2) the BCM addin has been disabled in
the Outlook part of the Registry.

Once I installed the BCM update it worked. I'm cooking with gas.
