Problem with encryption
I recently had to update a colleagues public encryption certificate so she
could send encrypted emails. Ever since that, she gets the following error message when she tries to send email: Microsoft Outlook had problems encrypting this message because the following recipients had missing or invalid certificates, or conflicting or unsupported encryption capabilities. insert email addresses Continue will encrypt and send the message but the listed recipients may not be able to read it. Options: Send Unencrypted, Cancel, Help Any idea on how to fix this. When we get email from her now, it also makes us open the message before we can view or reply to it. How can I fix this as well. Thanks. Brian |
Problem with encryption

You must not have stored the public key of that recipient that you are sending email to. In Outlook Help look up "Add a recipient's certificate to your contact list" -- Trying to push the limits, Longreach "Brian Sadler" wrote: I recently had to update a colleagues public encryption certificate so she could send encrypted emails.
