Direct incoming email for two users (accounts) to separate folders
Would like to direct incoming email for me and my spouse to separate folders
- sub-folders already set up under inbox. Successfully direct email sent to me into my folder via rules but can't find a way to direct email sent to my spouse to her folder. The "rules" option seems only to be applicable to "email sent me." |

Which version of Outlook?
does she have a separate email address? Does her mail use a different display name? if so, use a rule that looks for words in the header.
