Microsoft Outlook email - Can't create a folder

Can't create a folder

I have a user that gets a message "can't create the folder" when trying
to create a new folder in Outlook 2003. He can delete folders and can
create folders in his archive email section, just not in his main
email. We use Exchange 2003. I have set up his mail on another pc and
can successfully create folders from the other computer. Any ideas? No
one's ever heard of this and I can't find anything on the web. The only
thing I can think of is maybe his profile is hosed..

Well, that certainly would be easy enough to check. Just create a new mail
profile.
