When you want to send it, open the Drafts folder, right-click the message and choose Forward. Make the mods you want, address it, and click Send. -- Brian Tillman |

create the message and save it as a template or publish it.
You need to use the Outlook editor to create the message to use the method - the templates will work with word as the editor once they are created. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Kentucky" wrote in message ups.com...
