when i type in office and press enter instead of going to the next line it
creates a paragraph space, in word the setting appears to be correct. how can
i adjust this setting to give a next line space.
when i use different fonts in outlook i send them in say, size 14 but when
they arrive they appear to be in size 12, can i adjust the settings so that
they arrive as sent?

Hi,

Go to Format | Paragraph, and make sure that under 'Spacing,' 'Before' and
'After' are set to O, and 'Line Spacing' is set to 'Single'
