Problem description Thank you for submitting an error report. The error was
likely caused by: Symantec WinFax Pro Solution Symantec WinFax Pro was created by SymantecŪ Corporation. SymantecŪ Corporation informed Microsoft that they have a solution available for the problem you reported. To learn more about the solution, SymantecŪ Corporation recommends that you visit the following website: Is this a part of outlook 2003 cause I don't remember installing it or is this the fax program with XP Pro. Don't really know what cause outlook 2003 to hang but when I reported the error this is what it gave me. |

Wasnt a cut down version/part of Symantec Winfax available as an addon in
within OL2k, from the Office cd? And if that was the case would an upgrade to OL2003 remove this feature? Just asking, as I thought you would know. "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... Re-read the error message - it specifically states WinFax Pro, not Symantec Winfax Starter Edition (included in Outlook 2000).

It does. WinFax SE usually never got far enough along even to produce an

I got the same error message, and I've NEVER installed winfax pro on this
machine. (I haven't used it for years, and have the program on 3.5" floppies, and this machine has no such drive.) Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
