Hello- I use Outlook Web Access as does our receptionist. She gets some
mail in a folder called Unread Mail that doesn't show up in her Inbox. She just discovered it today. Should I delete the Unread Mail folder and hope that it's forced to the Inbox? Thanks. |

IN fact, the Unread Folders folder will show you what folder they're in. However, something seems amiss here. Outlook Web Access doesn't have search folders, as far as I can tell. Only the real Outlook client does. I just looked. -- Brian Tillman |
