Drafts folder no longer has a pencil icon, but works correctly (Outlook 2007)

Hello.

It's a long story how the drafts folder lost its pencil, but suffice it
to say that everything works properly. The thing is, there is another
folder with a pencil, which otherwise isn't special in any way. It's a
long and involved story how this happened, but suffice it to say that I
was fixing a screwed up installation of Outlook 2007.

The pencil-less drafts folder receives the drafts when saved, e-mail
saved into the pencil-less drafts folder goes when sent,
delete/rename/move are grayed out properly, etc.

Interestingly, though, the pencil-endowed folder can be
renamed/moved/deleted (at least sent to the deleted items folder -- I
haven't emptied the deleted items folder). And it most certainly does
not get saved drafts.

So, this seems to be a cosmetic thing only, but, perfectionist that I
am, I'd like to get it back the right way, preferably without
destroying all my items.

I have read that there's no way to voluntarily change a folder's icon,
but this may not be 100% true as suggested by my problem.
Alternatively, is it possible to turn a "non-blessed" folder (i.e. my
otherwise ordinary pencil-enabled folder) into a blessed one? Or some
other solution that is very safe?

Regards,
JV
