Rule editing
 

Is there a place I can go to edit Outlook email rules? I have one that
checks for a subject line and one that checks for a sender name. I want to
combine them so the rule runs in either case.

Right now all I can do is make a rule if BOTH are true.

That's disappointing. as it stands now I have 2 rules to move specific
emails to a folder. This cause the email to double up.

I was hoping the rules could be edited just like VBA to avoid those dups.

On the first rule add the line to stop processing further rules.

line, the only rule that will run is the first one to run whichever one it
is? That makes sense if I'm understanding correctly.

Yes that line prevent any rules lower down the list from running. They are
"applied in the order shown" and the little blue arrows enable you to move
them up and down the order.

So you can say if it says Red, move to Red folder, stop processing rules.
and have a rule that says if it says Blue, move to Blue folder.

If you have an email that says both Red and Blue only the Red rule will run
..
