Outlook 2002
A user's email doesn't come into his inbox until he clicks on another
folder, or does a send/receive. I'm guessing by clicking away from his inbox to his sent items folder also does a refresh or a send/receive. Any thoughts??? |

You cannot receive new e-mail notifications in environments that use the Network Address Translation in Outlook 2002:
