I seem to have done something in outlook 2003 that has cleared or moved or
locked my address book. It isn´t there. Can anyone help me?

You've provided no troubleshooting information. We don't even have a notion
of what you have "cleared or moved or locked." Did you try just configuring
your Outlook Address Book again?
