It may be on the View menu in a new mail item (if you're not using Word as

Try clicking on the address book icon when creating a new message. The

Two choices: when you click To to add a name, you'll have a Bcc field to which you can add names instead of using the To field. The other option is ViewBcc Field on the Compose window menu bar. -- Brian Tillman |
