How to check emails whilst out of the office?

I'm unsure how to access my Microsoft Outlook Inbox while away from the
office, I'm sure its simple but I have no-one to ask. Thank you much
appreciated.

Actually you can't unless you are approaching your computer using remote
access technology/software. The only other option is to close down your
Outlook, then use web-mail if possible, such as "http://mail.yourdomain.com"
to log in and check.

You can also set up your home computer to read emails but remember to tag
the "Leave Copy On Server" as ON :-)

Depends on what type of mail account you have, what restrictions your
network has, and whether or not the PC travels with you or you want to
access the data on a PC at work. You don't give a lot of information.
