PST file size not reducing

Dear,
Close Outlook, Open Mycomouter then control Panel, Mail, Data files, click
personal folder, settings, compact now.

It may take some time to compact the size.

Hope this helps you more

After deleting things you don't need and emptying the Deleted Items folder,
right-click the PST root ("Personal Folders" or "Outlook Today"), choose
Properties, click Advanced, then click Compact Now.
