I finally made it work. I changed the rule to check the domain in the
sender's address instead Thanks for the help and patience "Christian Goeller" wrote in message ... OneInTen, you wrote on Tue, 30 Jan 2007 15:50:52 -0500: I run the outlook with the /cleanclientrules and the rules are still in place. If I delete them manually I have the feeling that when I recreate the rule it will still not work. Normally this cannot be! Still try it with the parameter /cleanrules, that deletes all server- and client-based rules. Where can I find the pst file you mentioned where the rules are stored? The pst-file is Outlook's data file in that mails, contacts, appointments etc. are stored. For more information about Outlook's pst-file read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.pst To figure out where your pst-file is stored go to Control Panel | Mail | Data Files -- Best Regards Christian Goeller |

I run with the /cleanrules and the rules disappeared. No wonder, because the rules were server-based rules what I didn't know before. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller |
