Default iCardAddln Micorsoft Outlook 2003

When starting Outlook 2003, every time I get an automation error. Top bar in
blue reads "iCardAddln" Gray box reads "Automation Error" 2nd line reads
Specific module could not be found". I have tried reloading the program,
repairing the program and a search of the web has not shown me anything about
this error.

Thanks

In Windows Explorer, enter "%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook" (without the
quotes) in the Address field. Click Go. You should see it there. Outlook
2003 does not operate without creating extend.dat.
