Outlook & Exchange
Hi,
I have to reset my mailbox and my profile (I mean: re-starting the profile from zero, deleting all the e-mails, calendar etc.) on a Outlook client synchronized with Exchange Server, and I have to do that from Outlook. How can I do that? |
Outlook & Exchange
Control panel, mail applet, profile button. no need to delete the current
profile right now - just make a new one with a new name. If it fixes the issue, go back later and delete the old one. If the problem persists, you can delete the new one and go back to the old one if you want. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Michele 'xjp'" wrote in message ...
