Hi,
I have a mailbox in Outlook 2003 synced with Exchange Server 2003, where I have the calendar, activities, etc. I can see my calendar from Outlook Today, choosing "Calendar". If I click on "Calendar" in the navigation pane instead, I will NOT see a calendar, only a couple of options like "Open shared calendars" and "Share personal calendar". If I try to go on "File and Folders List" from the navigation pane, and try to create a new Calendar, called "Calendar", Outlook says that there's another calendar called like that, so I can't create a new one. The curious thing is that in "File and Folders List" I can see the Contacts, Activities etc. synced with Exchange, but I can't see the Calendar, even if Outlook says that there's one with that name! I want to view my calendar from the Calendar button of the navigation frame. How can I solve this? Thank you very much. |

If you look at the full Folder List view, and right-click on your calendar, do you see the option to add it to "My Calendars" ? |

However, if I try to create a new Calendar called "Calendar", Outlook says that there's already a calendar called "Calendar". A notice: In the full Folder list view I can see the other things synced with Exchange Server, like Contacts and Activities. |

When did this problem begin? |

Hmmm - so you don't have a calendar at all? What about in OWA? When did this problem begin? Well, in Full folder list I have no Calendar at all; but in Outlook Today, if I click on "Calendar", I can access my calendar in the correct way. The thing that isn't working properly is the "Calendar" button on the navigation pane, and, in fact, the Full folder list isn't showing a calendar. Unfortunately, I have no access with OWA. I have made no changes to the configuration of Exchange server |

Another test: I used another computer, using Outlook 2003 and the same mailbox synced with Exchange. In the Full folder list, I see no Activities. If I choose "Activities" from the navigation pane, there's no Activities. However, if I go on Outlook Today, and then Activities, I can see the Activities shared on my Exchange server. On the other client, Outlook 2003 synced with Exchange, same mailbox, if I click on Activities from the navigation pane, I can see the activies in the correct way. |

The calendar isn't listed when you press Ctrl+6 and view the folder list? No, it isn't listed. Try these two switches: first, start outlook using /resetfolders then, start it using /resetnavpane I've tried both ways but I still can't see the calendar in the Folder list. |

So I see the URL, that is like: http://foobar/exchange/my_mailbox/Inbox/?cmd=contents And I've changed to: http://foobar/exchange/my_mailbox/Ca.../?cmd=contents and I've seen my calendar. So the calendar is here, but not listed. And my Outlook still can't access to that... (even if I get to calendar from Outlook Today) |

(even if I get to calendar from Outlook Today) I'd exmerge the mailbox to PST and see if the data looks OK therein (viewed in Outlook) - then I'd delete & recreate the mailbox & exmerge the file back in. |
