Hello,
In my inbox I have about 2 dozen emails.
Is there a way to download these emails locally. without moving from the
inbox.
it seems to hit the server, every time I click a different message.
it is like 2 minutes every time I click a different message

what are the steps to download locally?
thanks

What kind of server are you getting those messages from? Sounds like a
Hotmail or IMAP server...

what type of email account? outlook is not a server, it's a client. The
server is where your mail is held until you tell outlook to get it.

Well it would be a company outlook server. enterprise. not Hotmail .

I don't really think the server should matter.
Shouldn't there be something on outlook 2003 client to do this?
cache it on the client side?

that is what i am looking for
