I have created rules which allow Email to two specific addresses on
the domain to be moved upon receipt. I have a third rule which should perminently deleted an other Email from this domain. Obviously the first two rules run first and then anything that does not sarify the first two criertia would be deleted. The issue I have is when Emails are processed which invoke the permanently delete rule, a message box appears advising I do not have the necessary perminssion to delete the Email, and the rule is switched off. What permission do I need? If I manually run the rule on my Inbox the offending Emails are perminently deleted without any issue - so why can this rule work on Emails which are being retrieved? PWS |

You would do better to use a news reader rather than Googlegroups, unless your corporate firewall prevents you.... |
