![]() I have uninstalled and reinstalled with same result. (No error code. Only a message that Outlook must close, sorry for the inconvenience) My welcome screen still indicates unread messages although Outlook is uninstalled. Can I remove all registry entries for Outlook? Current user, Local machine, etc., then reinstall? I have tried unistalling all of Office 2003 as well and Outlook came back with all my data intact, and consequently the same conditions. -- tercor ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tercor's Profile: http://www.officehelp.in/member.php?userid=6507 View this thread: http://www.officehelp.in/showthread.php?t=1355708 Posted from - http://www.officehelp.in |

You don't need to send/receive to get the information from the event viewer.
It records the events that occur on the PC. If you need help to find it, please let me know. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "tercor" wrote: After reinstalling, the send/receive button is gone, so I cannot do anything with it now to produce the error/crash. -- tercor ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tercor's Profile: http://www.officehelp.in/member.php?userid=6507 View this thread: http://www.officehelp.in/showthread.php?t=1355708 Posted from - http://www.officehelp.in |
