My customer tried to setup Outlook for an SBC Global account (pop) without
calling me first. She inadvertantly told Outlook to connect to a yahoo server. Now Outlook will not open because the folders are not set to offline. With this, I cannot get into accounts to correct her error. I unistalled the Office suite, but it kept the erronious settings. I need help. Thank you. |
