I trying to use multiple pst files. I get an memory error after two
pst files are active. There is a KB file( 907651 ) that recommends an Hotkey edit. The issue is that my registry does not have the \PST in this Hotkey recommended. Does anyone have any idea on why this subkey does not exist here?? From KB 907651: 2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK. 3. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\PST 4. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. 5. Type UseLegacyCacheSize, and then press ENTER. 6. Right-click UseLegacyCacheSize, and then click Modify. 7. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. 8. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor. Best Regards John A Hansen |
