I have checked and I do not have a cached e-mail account. That is the only thing that I could see that would cause that. Any suggestions? -- Joy |

The Outlook Address Book service often does not survive an upgrade or tranferred files. Go to Control Panel-Mail Icon-Accounts-Directories and Address Books-Change. If the Outlook Address Book service is not listed, back up one step and add it. Close and restart Outlook and you should be good to go.
