How do I set up gmail on Outlook 2007

I want to send and receive gmail messages via Outlook 2007. Can anyone
provide me with the correct parameters for gmail email account settings?

While http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...278&topic=1556
is for 2003, I can't imagine it is too far different in 2007.

is for 2003, I can't imagine it is too far different in 2007.
