You can give them a PRF file to run. You can create such .prf files with the Custom Installation Wizard or Custom Maintenance Wizard tools in the Office Resource Kit. NewProf only works for Outlook 2000 and earlier, BTW.

Newprof, profgen, modprof, ODW, OMW, whatever. Get the matching version of
