How do I set up rule to Bcc an account on all outbound email??Outlook 2003/Windows XP

I can find nothing in the help files or knowledge base about this. Oddly, it
seems that Mac Entourage is more ³powerful² than Outlook in this regard.
Certainly surprises me.

On the Mac side, Entourage has settings for ³Outgoing² email, and I can
easily tell it to Bcc my ³outcopy² POP account.

I use that so I can have copies of all outbound emails available to my
laptop and desktop and other employees.

I have gone nuts trying to find a way to replicate this rule in Outlook
2003.

None of the Rules settings even reference Bcc fields. I have been using a CC
field, but that of course looks strange to clients who receive email from
us.

Help on this? Or can you confirm that it is impossible?

Thanks!

Best,

- Bill

Outlook has no rule action to do this. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm for a VBA code solution.

Thanks very much, Sue!

Seems like an incredibly silly omission * especially since I¹ve been doing
it in Eudora for over 15 years and since Entourage also includes it.

But thanks!
