Making a new account dasen`t work.
How can i create a second mailbox adress????

Does she have an email account? If not - then get one for her.
If she already has it and you want to set it up on Outlook - then you would
need to know who the service provider is and also servers depending on what
type of service the email address hoster provides : SMTP/ IMAP or HTTP. Most
free web based email services do not allow users to access email on Outlook
(or any other mail client) without a paid subscription.
Once you have done that - set it up on Outlook through new accounts.
