Outlook 2002

I have an employee that wants to know why everytime she opens her outlook on
another pc, the e-mails that she opened have to be opened again

What do you mean by this? Opening a message on one machine won't display it
on another. Include a few details, like Outlook version and account type
for starters, plus the exact steps needed to reproduce the bahavior.
