Add "Empty Folder" choice to context menu for an Outlook personal folder?

I would like to add an "Empty folder" menu choice similar to that available
on the Recycling Bin or the Outlook Junk Email folder to another folder's
context menu in my Outlook 2003 personal folder.

Is this possible? Can the "right-click" context menus be edited?

Thanks in Advance

No, that's not possible.
