Return receipt of emails

Since updating to Outlook 2007 some replies to emails sent out are not being
received though when re-sending the responses which includes a separate email
address they are received but not by originating sender.

This has started to occur with updating the Office Software. I do not know
whether this is a compatability problem with the ISP Wanadoo/Orange?

I really hate to have to ask this, but, could you restate what you're
seeing? Maybe in a step-by-step sorta thing? I mean, this is what I
understand:

User running 2007 sends mail to ess.
Joe does not receive the mail.

Actually, I lose the whole issue at that point.

Sorry for my muddle. I ahve just loaded MS Outlook 2007. Previously used
Outlook 2003. I had Norton Internet Security 2007 plus add-in for contolling
Anti-Spam.

The problem is that a number of my emails sent (some by distribution list)
have not been received. Likewise a number of emails sent have not been
received for the current email addresses.

One way of knowing if communication has been received is to require
confirmation of reciept.

Is it possible that the problem is incompatibility of Norton's add-in
covering anti-spam with Outlook 2007. I assumed that I have received updates
from Norton on a regular basis so that both programmes are in sync.

In my opinion, Symantec products have never played well with Outlook. You
could certainly test by disabling Norton AntiSpam. You could also enable
diagnostic logging to see what's happening during send/receive.

I have disabled the Norton anti-spam and waiting to see the response. Traffic
is low due to Easter Holidays. How do I do diagnostic logging?
