Auto del Outlook delete item
Dear All
If a mailbox account only forward a mail to other mail account ,i have set a rule in outlook and set not keep copy but it only send it to delete item but not permanently del it ,delete item also become more and more big How can i auto delete if i will not open the outlook ,where can set in cleint side . Have any script to do this Best Regards |

If it's a mailbox account, then why are you not performing the action on the server so no client need be involved at all? If you must use Outlook, use the "permanently delete it" action instead of the "delete it" action. Those two actions should have been right next to each other in the list. -- Brian Tillman |

I created a rule with that action and it was not changed to a client-side rule. If you're seeing a rule change to client-side, that's not the action doing that. -- Brian Tillman |

Yes when i select permanently delete it change to client side rule
And you select which rule and select whcih option can do this ? Best Regards |
