How do I select incoming and outgoing servers ?

I need to send a message using outlook and I get the message that my "smtp"
is invalid. I do not know what I am supposed to do or put. Please help.

Contact your ISP that provides your Internet service - they will probably
have instructions in their FAQs somewhere prominently displayed.
