Access Contacts in PST from Website

I have a web page where a user can review whitepapers and if they find
what they are look for, can send a link to an email address they enter
manually. Is there a way that I could allow access to the users'
contacts stored in a PST file instead of forcing them to type in the
email address?

Thank you in advance for your help.

No, that's not possible. You might consider using a database to store the addresses, though.

Not that I can think of - how did you propose to do this? .pst files are kept locally and not ususally on a web server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, FJD asked:
