Upgrading from Windows Mail

Hi, I am about to purchase Outlook 2007 and currently run Vista using Windows
Mail. Can anyone confirm from their own experience whether it is possible to
transfer over all of my emails, profiles, rules, etc. from Windows Mail
(Vista) to Outlook 2007? Thanks in advance! Grafonola.

Upgrading from Windows Mail

Both options appear in the Outlook Import/Export settings. However, importing will lose your received dates.
