Sincerely we've got a new antiSPAM-solution on our mailgateway. If
this new software detects SPAM, the word SPAM is stamped to the beginning of the subject. (like SPAM *subject of the spam-mail*) Our target is to move all messages with the word SPAM in the subject to the junk-mail-folder in Outlook. This can be done by a rule. Is there any way to set this rule to all users in our orgainisation? I've search for a policy, but I didn't found it. Are there any other way's? Many thanks. |
