insert hyperlink

IN my office 2007 version, i am unabel to insert a hyperlink into my emails
in outlook. The tab is greyed out and i cna't put it in by any way i cna see.
If anyone has some help it owuld be much appreciated.

Doesn't cutting and pasting the URL work?
