Default How do you launch 2 instances of outlook?

XP/2003

One user wants to have email and calendar open simultaneously - he cannot
launch both programs. If you click on one the other minimizes. Is there a
way?

Open Outlook - right-click on Calendar, choose "Open in New Window"
