Outlook2003 : "quick select" receipient list
Hello, please see attached pic. Is there a way to control this list ? Delete
entries, decide who gets to be first etc. ? Some of the adresses in my list are not in my contacts even. Just replies I've made. Also I'm seeing some users having problems with this list not dipslaying at all, where do you control this on/off ? Thanks, Jorgen |

The autocompletion cache is completely separate from your Contacts. You can
only edit that cache directly with third party software. You can remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions he http://support.microsoft.com/default...;EN-US;Q287623 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "JGH" wrote in message ... Hello, please see attached pic.
