The OP isn't using an NNTP client. he's posting from

I kind of figured it was yet another boob admin of a forum pretending
they have a larger community by using a gateway to Usenet. However, me
complaining to their admin/moderators won't help. They'll only listen
to their own users, so b^tching at the user of an improperly configured
or deficient Usenet gateway is the only way to make the wheel get
squeaky to get some attention.

To whom are you talking and about what?
The "forum" that you are posting in leaches off the Microsoft News servers
in order to make it look far busier than it really is. Everyone who uses the
MS News servers sees your post on it's own - we have NO IDEA what you are
talking about and to whom you are talking.

This is not your fault - the fault lies with the forum owners who do not
explain to members that their posts end up on global Usenet newsgroups.
If you MUST continue to post in this "forum" then please at least quote the
post you are replying to, and do NOT change the subject line.

You would be far better off however, using a news reader and subscribing to
these news groups direct.

Default Remove McAffee Addin from Outlook

Thanks so much for the additional info - it was driving me crazy every time I started Outlook it would stop with that message about the disabled add-in... but no one could help me get rid of it - unless I totally wiped my computer & start over - which I had just done loading Windows 7 so I really did NOT want to go through all that yet again - this extra bit of information about getting to the client extensions did the trick!!
