Find attachments
 
I have hundreds of client folders, how can I find all attachments without
going through every In and Out folder?

What version of Outlook? If it's 2003 or 2007, just set up a search folder.

folder.

What version of Outlook? If it's 2003 or 2007, just set up a search
folder.

No, it is Outlook XP. No search folder facility.


Well, I'm not sure about the Find features in 2000, but, I'd guess that
message size might be one of the Advanced options. Look for anything bigger
than 2k. That's where I'd start.
